Shipping policy

All Level Byond products are delivered digitally.

Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will be granted immediate access to download your purchased digital files. A confirmation email containing your download link(s) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you do not receive your download link or confirmation email, you must contact us at levelbyond@gmail.com within 5 days of the purchase date, providing your transaction or payment details. We will investigate and ensure delivery of your digital product as soon as possible.

Failure to contact us within 5 days of the purchase date will be deemed confirmation that the digital product has been successfully delivered, accessed, and received.
