At Level Byond, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final.

All digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and provide instant access. Once access has been granted or a download has occurred, the product cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged. For this reason, refunds are not available under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase with Level Byond, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or reversal of payment for digital products.
